We have an exciting new opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join the team at YTL Developments!
Brabazon isn't just a place to live, it's Bristol's boldest new neighbourhood, rising from the historic Filton Airfield, birthplace of Concorde, set to deliver 6,500 new homes, creative workplaces and the region's new 20,000 capacity Arena.
You'll deliver a premium customer experience from first enquiry to completion, showcasing our stunning homes, managing the full sales cycle and hitting ambitious targets while ensuring every buyer feels at home in their Brabazon journey.
This is more than just a sales role, it's a chance to represent a landmark UK residential project and be part of a story that will shape Bristol for generations.
What you'll do
As a key ambassador for YTL Developments, you'll:
- showcase our beautifully designed homes and available properties, highlighting the key features and benefits to prospective buyers
- negotiate and close sales to achieve targets
- maintain detailed knowledge of the Brabazon Masterplan and phase(s) released including property specification, pricing and available incentives
- provide excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- promote the use of specialist new build panel independent conveyancers, independent mortgage advisors, to ensure an efficient service for customers within YTL company timescales
- play an active role in marketing initiatives, events and promotional activity
- maintain outstanding presentation standards across our sales centre and show homes.
Other duties will include:
- ensuring the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is in accordance with Company procedures
- liaising professionally with agents (sales and lettings, local and international) and other representatives closely associated with the promotion of Brabazon
- working closely with the YTL Developments Customer Relations and YTL Construction teams (and their associated third-party contractors) for the purposes of ensuring properties are presented and maintained to the highest standards
- regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including (from time to time) assisting with YTL Group meetings/functions associated with the wider Brabazon Masterplan, held at the Brabazon Sales Centre
- assisting the various YTL management teams with the organisation and coordination of site-wide events.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who combines professional polish with genuine warmth. You'll have the confidence to sell at pace and the empathy to guide customers through their Brabazon journey.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- experience in new homes/residential sales, high-end retail, hospitality or customer-focused backgrounds will also be considered
- GCSE and A-level qualifications (preferred)
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- demonstrate drive, resilience and commercial awareness
- a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- proficiency in CRM systems, e.g. (COINS, Housebuilder Pro, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Consumer Code for Homebuilders or New Home Quality Board certification
- Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008) certification
- GDPR compliance training certification
- CSCS card or similar Health and Safety certification required, or can demonstrate competence in this area.
