What you'll do
You will work in the risk and investment team, managing and developing the company's value frameworks to ensure the company can evidence the benefits it delivers on behalf of customers and the delivery of such benefits is efficient.
This will include:
- understanding and influencing regulatory requirements to ensure the business is compliant with expectations
- regulatory reporting on performance and benefits
- developing accurate reporting of benefits realised and value-added from company activities
- maintaining the service measure framework to optimise decision-making
- facilitating colleagues to create the company's business plan for performance and value.
What you'll need
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- A high level of PC literacy (eg, Excel VBA advanced) and experience of statistical analysis.
- The ability to understand complex regulatory requirements and break them down into actionable tasks that can be conveyed in layman's terms.
- The ability to develop and implement new frameworks, applying change management techniques including the development and delivery of training.
- Critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (including report writing) and the ability to facilitate others.
- Strong influencing skills in dealing with key external and internal stakeholders with proven success in building strong working relationships.
- A self-starter who can define and deliver business improvements.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the water industry is desirable.
