Supply Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Supply Quality Analyst to help us provide analytical insight to support our operational supply quality performance.

What you'll do

• Support our investment delivery programme to correctly prioritise the best value reduction solutions.
• Use skills and expertise in water supply networks and data analysis to develop and optimise our water quality customer contact reduction strategy. 
• Use analytical tools and data visualisation techniques to identify trends and provide insight on hot spots (long and short term) to inform and prioritise future investment plans.
• Provide supporting evidence for ‘root causes' relating to all water quality parameters. 
• Analyse detailed information and disseminate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure an optimal day-to-day flushing programme is maintained to gain maximum benefit from the flushing output available.
• Support the implementation of the water quality customer contact reduction strategy and the provision of reporting information to support the business requirement for regular progress updates.

What you'll need

• A practical understanding of the distribution network system.
• An understanding of customer service process routes and applications.
• Analytical and data handling skills.
• The ability to write reports about progress and research findings.
• A clear understanding of regulatory targets.
• IT skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
• Water supply modelling experience would be desirable.
