Are you adaptable and flexible with a proactive approach to your work? Do you take pride in delivering excellent customer service? If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Technical Administrator!
What you'll do
We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the West Country Water and Environment (WCWE) team, which consists of 10 people. The role is based in Bath.
Duties will include:
- keeping records updated within SharePoint
- diary management and arranging meetings for the wider WCWE team
- attending meetings to take minutes, typing them up and distributing them as required
- managing multiple stakeholders and customer contacts
- raising purchase orders.
What you'll need
You will:
- have previous experience working with SharePoint
- be computer literate, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet target levels of service
- be communicating at all levels with customers and framework suppliers
- be an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and proven customer service experience.
