Do you have experience in delivering high-quality customer service? If so, we have an opportunity for you as a Technical Administrator working in the office of a busy workshop in Weston-super-Mare.
What you'll do
The Technical Administrator will be responsible for the administrative support to a workshop of around 8 to 10 people, working closely with the workshop manager.
You will also:
- provide technical administrative support to the Senior Mechanical and DSEAR Manager
- be responsible for multiple business areas, including our regional workshop, optimisation of teams and technical training facility
- raise orders and keep systems updated while assisting with customer correspondence and enquiries
- use our computer systems, Agresso and EMIR, as well as run reports in Excel
- be responsible for all Invoicing for the workshop
- cover the general day-to-day technical admin support to the workshop and the workshop manager.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- five GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and maths
- be computer literate with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet target levels of service
- to be able to communicate at all levels with customers and framework suppliers
- to be a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and proven customer service experience.
This is a technical administration role, so experience and understanding in this field would be an advantage.
This role is 40 hours per week however we could potentially accommodate fewer hours on a pro-rata basis if needed.
